I didn't receive the SMS activation message (on Windows Phone)

If you have not received a verification code by SMS within 5 minutes, click on "More options" and you'll be presented with following choices:

  • "Edit number" - change number in case you entered a wrong one
  • "Resend SMS" -  request SMS code once again
  • "Call me" - you will receive a call that will spell tell verification code (NOTE: this option is currently available in Cambodia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Guatemala, Lebanon, Mexico, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Canada, United States).
  • "Contact support" -  send help request to verify phone number. Please mention your phone number with country code and platform in the e-mail
